Richard W. Kornbelt, fashion designer extraordinaire, is designing new clothes for everyone in Bobville, but Choo Choo Bob isn't so sure that's such a good idea. Bob and Emily ride a new commuter train and everyone learns that while new things are cool, old things can be cool too.
